Founders—especially emotionally attuned ones—often build from a place of deep care. But if we’re not aware of our emotional inheritance, care becomes control. Optimization becomes over-functioning. And leadership becomes a form of unrelenting parenting—toward our teams, users, and technologies.
You’re Investing More Than Code and Capital
